Location near restaurant and places of interest within walking distance.
Parking very very tight and difficult to park. For SUV it is impossible while a hatchback car still needs someone to assist in the parking.
Bathroom is small and amenities are poor quality.
Room facing the main road and it is noisy.

Checking in was quick, smooth and fuss free. But flooring needs urgent repairs as the laminate is popping out and it can be risky to some who might inadvertently trip and fall
